T-shirt Design Brief

We are a private practice Gastroenterology office located in the DFW area. We are looking to have a colon cancer awareness t-shirt created for the fall. The concept would be a vampire stating "I Vant To Check Your Butt" (yes, that's supposed to be a "V" in the "Vant"). Underneath that would be a couple of hashtags (#coloncancerawareness #getscreened) and our website address (www.tarrantgidoctors.com). We would like that desgin on the back. On the front left breast area, possibly either our logo (Northesast Tarrant Gastroenterology Associates) or a bat with "Northeast Tarrant Gastroenterology Associates" circled around it. We are thinking the t-shirt will be black and we would like the design colors to be white, purple and red. Please let me know if you have any questions
