Logo Design Brief

Hi, im looking for a company logo design with the following rough emblem included as part of the logo. The company is electrical so anything related is perfect. Whistle Energy Services must be included in the design, the lightning bolts can be configured/ altered differently as well. The color scheme would be preferably blue or green dominant, bold lettering would be preferred, something unique would be ideal.
