Invitation Design Brief

We need an invitation ASAP for the HBA's 73rd annual Scholarship Ball that incorporates the logo in a more elegant, creative, & streamlined design than last year.

We want a corporate, not wedding, feel and need to keep the costs down because this is a fundraiser for law school scholarship recipients. Keep envelope sizes standard. An embossed sticker or wax seal could be an option.

Incorporate the color terracotta the invitation stand out as a stylish, yet serious affair. Utilize cream writing on terracotta for the outer fold (cover) which will say " Please join us to celebrate (in discrete letters) and then Filotimo and the definition of Filotimo.

The inside of the folded invitation will be cream, but with terracotta accents (Like a border) *Please use the new logo I just added today with books. Also, please use the PDF that I just attached for the information on the inside of the invitation.

Put "Black Tie Optional" in a corner in smaller letters.

Put the officers names on the back of the invitation. Use white ink for their names and titles.

Use a Greek letter font to write the word Filotimo in Greek letters, and write our definition of the word filotimo in English below.

It would be okay to add a logo on the envelope.

Requirements

Must have

• The word Filotimo written in a Greek font, but everything else in English. See attached photo for how to write in Greek. Include Accent mark.

Nice to have

• Creative envelopes with writing in dark brown or terracotta.

Should not have

• The officers names on the front or the inside of the invitation. They should be on the back.
