Logo Design Brief

I really do like the green colour, however, I want something more polished and clean. I love the font and love how its layed out - I think something a bit extra will be nice (although I do like the simplicity of it). I work with all ages paediatrics to adults and we provide therapy services to people with disabilities in regional areas in Australia. I want something noticeable but not to complicated.
