I need a forward flying bald eagle holding a weight plate in its talons. the weight plate should be like the logo provided. There needs to be a banner/scroll at the bottom that saying "re-rack your damn weights" . Maybe Re-Rack above the eagle in big block letters and University below in big block letters.
