Graphic Design Brief

We have built a house in the Bahamas that will cater to a more affluent group from a rental perspective. Looking to have a sign created that will be located at entrance to property identifying it by name along with a logo. This design should be able to be carried over and be used for all marketing aspects from website to stickers that can be printed. The house name will be Incommunicado. Looking for design that would be made out of stainless steel (such as channel letters) that will withstand a harsh environment. The design should communicate the feeling of "disconnecting" from everyday life and becoming out of touch with "work" or "stepping off the world and just stopping to breath". The home is located very high off the ground and has a panoramic view of the entire island as well as view of the Atlantic and the Sea of Abaco. Curb appeal is high, upon entering walking down hall to back porch, the view is truly amazing. You will immediately feel Incommunicado.

Must have

• Only Must Have is that I would like it out of Stainless Steel, don't want wood. Have attached several types of designs I think are of interest. Open to your ideas!

Nice to have

• Really want very simple, clean, more "commercial" block letters with a very simple design that is easy to reduplicate to other marketing media. A simple logo

Should not have

• Do not want anything elaborate or complex. Simple, clean
