Logo Design Brief

We are a heavy construction company. We have our own shop where we service our dumptruck/end dump trucks and heavy equipment fleet. We would like to have a logo that incorportates both types of services (heavy eq. + trucks) together with the official company logo, plus the name of the department ("Mantenimiento").

I've attached an example of what we are looking for.

A style that we might be leaning towards is a classic/american auto shop style, but not limited to. We are open for all stlyes and suggestions.
