Logo Design Brief

We are looking for a logo that describes what we do and who we are at a quick glance.
We are a non profit organization that works with adults with disabilities.
We have a day program where adults came come to our center 9am - 2pm Mon - Fri. At our center, they have activities, art, creative expression, dance, adaptive exercise and they go out on outings into the community. Inclusion is a big deal for us as is community.
We have an employment program where individuals work with a job coach seeking employment. We have a couple of employment projects that we also do in house. Our clients make jump ropes and we sell them on our website.
We have a residential program as well that houses clients fulltime and housing for temp. needs.

We really like a light Olive/Sage green back ground (Canva color - #b6bcb3) We also like a medium olive (Canva color - #878f79)
Not sure what shape we want our logo, but for sure not square
We want our logo to work with white and dark paper & fabrics as well shirt embroidery
Maybe have like life-like symbols that represent our work or not, we're not sure . We have wheelchairs, power chairs, neurological disorders, autistic, site impaired, non verbal clients. If we do use symbols, we'd want them to match.
