Logo Design Brief

We would like a new logo for our physician organization (we are replacing the current logo so the new one shouldn't like the attached logo). We are the largest physician organization in Michigan, serving doctors who are committed to great patient care. Words to describe our company are innovative, forward-thinking, respected, knowledgeable, leader. The new logo should communicate those emotions as well as look contemporary and fresh (definitely not industrial). We like dark blues, rust, grays and greens.
