Logo Design Brief

We need a logo designed for a potential café business we might pursue. Use would be for eventual signage, business cards, email signature, a food truck, and merch like T-shirts.

Notes on design:
1) Wording: The cafe's name would be Cuban Street Café, but the U in "Cuban" is important because the cafe's location would be on "U Street," Therefore we want the U to be prominent.

2) Look and style: Use the attached sketch for inspiration. We like the concept we've put together and would like to see variations of the design. Keep the basic structure, but take creative license on the look and feel. If we could pick 3 adjectives to describe the logo we'd want, they would be: Small business (not corporate), professional, and posh.

3) Color scheme: We'd like to incorporate the colors from the Cuban flag (red white and blue), but they don't need to be identical to the flag. They can be variations of red white and blue (e.g. pastel or washedout/faded)
