Tattoo Design Brief

I’m hoping to get a rendering of the image I uploaded in a color Neotraditional style to go on the right side of my right arm.

I have added 3 additional photos. Please feel free to choose one for your design. I would like this to be a portrait. I don't want to include her entire body. You can add some amount of shoulders, arm, etc. if you feel that it adds to the design. However, the portrait should be the focus.

I also included a reference tattoo that shows the neotraditional style. I’m not looking for the skeleton necessarily, but you can be creative.
