Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my new business. The business installs Air source heat pumps in the UK. The company name is Redfern Heat Pumps, Redfern being my last name. I would like the logo to be very simple and idea is to combine the fan on the front of a an air source heat pump with a fern coloured red. I am originally from New Zealand and like some of the Māori fern designs. Red on black would be my preferred colours, perhaps with a bit of white as well.
