T-shirt Design Brief

Calling all talented designers! The T-shirt design is to celebrate Hannah's 21st birthday. The design should capture the spirit of the celebration, American pride, and the essence of a day on our boat Knot Attached at the sandbar on the intercoastal waters of Wilmington, NC.
Ideas for design elements include:
A large, bold "21" in a stylish font, with the colors of the American flag – red, white, and blue – as a gradient fill.
A banner wrapped around the "21," reading "Hannah's 21st Birthday" in an elegant, yet playful script font. The banner should also incorporate the colors of the American flag.
Illustrated fireworks in red, white, and blue on both sides of the "21," bursting out from behind the numbers to give the design a lively and energetic feel.
A detailed illustration of the boat "Knot Attached," anchored at a sandbar, adorned with American flags and streamers to emphasize the patriotic theme. I've attached a couple photos of the boat.
A background featuring the sun shining brightly, reflecting on the water, and a few seagulls flying around to capture the intercoastal atmosphere.
