Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my First Aid & CPR Training business name is "Nine Echo One" which is radio code for Cardiac Arrest in the EMS world. We provide top notch training by paramedics, for paramedics. We would like to keep the design minimal, very little color (red or blue or white or black). Something that would look good on hoodies and t-shirts. The logo should reflect medical and the star of life with an ECG. I like the splash of color in the logo itself. I would like the design to be rectangular to put on hoodies.
