Web Design Brief
RTO National provides a rent-to-own financing option to storage building dealers in the southeast U.S. We need a redesign of RTO National's front end web site.

I'm looking to get a coded (HTML & CSS) single page design. I am a PHP developer and looking to outsource the design of the front end of the site. You don't have to make anything work beyond HTML and CSS. I would like the layout to be done in Bootstrap and as such the CSS would already be done. You would just have to add your supplemental CSS for whatever background, colors, fonts, or custom elements that need to be styled.
The client's website does not have a whole lot of content, as you can see if you visit the page, so I'd like to turn the current front-end with multiple pages into a single page. Most of the content is quite short and I'd like an artful way to present it. I'd like to actually remove the menu at the top.

If all goes well with this project, we would like to continue to work with the designer in the near future on some other similar projects.
Updates
I have updated the brief for single page design clarification.
The About Us page is a duplicate of the home page, so you can ignore that. The Rental Programs offered are actually 24, 36, 48, and 60. The FAQs page we will probably link to a modal window, so don't worry about its content; we just need a way to provide the link to it. The contact page info could use some nice styling. The Dealer Login page should become a single button like the Customer Payments at the top.

- The new design should be marked up with Bootstrap 3. It should be a responsive layout. The HTML, CSS, and any image assets should be provided. A PSD or other design file is not required, but we'll certainly take it if you made one anyway.

- Some stock photography may help to explain in a glance what RTO National does. Some keywords to look for in stock photos: storage buildings, storage sheds, backyard storage, rent-to-own, barns. Note that you don't need to purchase the stock photos. Just use watermarked placeholders in your layout.
