Logo Design Brief

I am starting a Revenue Operations consulting firm and need a logo to align with my vision.

I have uploaded a photo that I took of a lighthouse that I want incorporated in the center of the circular logo with 2 arrows going around it to form the circle.

I'd like the water to be visible along with a light green sky.

I also want the company name incorporated somewhere - Shipps Harbor Consulting
