Logo Design Brief

We are HighGrove, a commercial landscaping company out of Atlanta. We need to redesign the logo for our employee-funded charity program called HighHopes. We'd like for it to relate to our company logo without being identical, so you can easily tell that it's HighHopes, not HighGrove, but it also be pretty clear that it's part of HighGrove. We'd also like for it to be somewhat obvious in the design that this is our charitable arm.

I've attached two old HighHopes designs and our company logo.
