Logo Design Brief

Please note some new feedback we've been given by the client:
While we love the logo submissions - they would like to see some concepts with the icon/graphic separate from the company name/words (Turn-Key Industrial Services). It is not that they would not use the icons with the company name in most applications. But to ensure versatility, they would like the ability to use the name as a stand-alone logo and add the icon where there is space to do so. Please message me directly if you have questions or need to see an example. Thank you all for your work thus far. I believe most submissions could easily be modified to accommodate this direction. We need a logo for an existing, highly reputable company that has been in business for 35 years but has never formally established their logo & branding. Client's existing logo is not professionally designed and is a simple oval with their name in the middle. We are working with them to formally establish their brand, brand standards, new website, social media strategy, etc.

The Client has suggested blue and orange as primary colors for their brand - they are open to alternate shades of these colors. We suggest a san serif font, and the words "Turn-Key Industrial Services" must be contained in the logo. Tag line consideration would be the following services: Millwright, ASME-certified (American Association of Mechanical Engineers), Fabrications, Welding, Industrial Maintenance.
They are unique in that they are a small company that has the the capacity to do medium to large projects. They are lean, flexible, and accommodate their clients with a relatively short turn-time. The culture of their organization is very family-oriented and they have very loyal, long-term employees.

Their client contacts consist primarily of Engineers (Plant, Environmental, Project, Production and Process Engineers), Maintenance Managers, Project Managers, and Purchasing Managers.
