Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a Sign and Wrap shop. We would like to have a logo and Mascot with different use options like the logo of Carbon High School Dinos. We are wanting something really hip and visually eye catching. Would like the colors Black, White, Grey and Light Blue. I will be attaching our current logo and a sample of the CHS Dinos as a direction. The Mascot right now will be a Fierce Bull with a Human body, maybe holding a felt Squeegee. We plan on getting a mascot for all of the zodiac signs (so please keep that in mind when designing).
