Logo Design Brief
We need a logo design for our real estate investment group. We acquire investments properties and offer consulting services. We are looking for a high-end, professional logo that communicates wealth , value and confidence. The look we are trying to capture is more financial/investment company type of logo. Utilizing the name and the slogan as the focus. Black or professional colors like dark blue, grey, gold. Fonts that are professional/timeless. I attached some logos we experimented with as ideas.

Looking to see some colors, dark blues, greys, gold are looking nice. Would like to see professional fonts (no bubble/ cartoon looking). Simple but elegant, lines and breaks with logos are nice and sharp looking. Signifer Ventures should stand out with “timeless legacy” as smaller. Logo should be in proportion not to large or small.
