Hello, I am a little confused about the project description. Do you want a T-shirt design or a hat design?

Your brief says "New T-shirt Design Project" but your project description is all about the hat.

here we go again...the brief is in one side and the winning project is in totally different side

A: 3 Color Way Trucker hat using our logo's colors===> not only one hell of a color is present here
B: Quote:" Dad: A son's first Hero A Daughter's first LOVE"===> this quote must be for another project ( maybe an underwear) because guess what? none of this word is present here
C: Possible Side patched: LOGO or the word "DACT"===> let's say it was optional but still confusing for designers since it says" See our Logo attached along with a hat"...seeing the winning project, I don't think the logo or the colors are even important for this brand.

the brief was totally different from the winning project, so what can I say? congratulations for the winner...what a waste of efforts and time for designers....as for the contest holder: at least a brief update would be more professional and appreciated.
