Trade Show Booth Design Brief

I need a not-so-busy trade show design that is in 4 separate panels
the large display has 4 panels that are 29-1/2" x 89-3/4". Alpha graphics is asking for a 1/8" bleed with high resolution.
We are a General Contractor that works in multi-Family only. I don't need an abundant of pictures of apartments on this display. More on locations somewhere on the display.
