Flyer Design Brief

My company works within the Disability sector (NDIS registered provider), currently operating in Sydney, Australia.

I require a digital brochure which lists our services and gives potential customers a quick look into what we do with a single glance.
Undecided whether this digital flyer is to be single or double sided, happy to consult with an experienced designer in this regard.

I prefer minimalist designs (which may be an issue for someone trying to convey information, I'm not sure), and possibly someone who can work with out watercolor logo.
