Logo Design Brief

My name is Tyler Anderson and I am needing a logo for my handyman business located in Dothan, Alabama. The name of my business is "HoneyDo Handyman Services, LLC". I am wanted an American flag incorporated as well as different types of tools. I want this to be a manly logo. The colors I would like you to use are grey and black. Please do not include the location in the logo. Eventually, I would like to put this logo on shirts, hats, pens, etc. I would like to have logo with a fist holding a wrench with an octagon shape around it with the american flag in the background of the logo. I would like to have an american flag with fifty starts, seven stripes, and the end of the stripes be different types of tools. I want this to be the background. Maybe do the name of my business "HoneyDo Handyman Services, LLC" on one of the American flag lines. I want the American flag in the background to be distressed looking and or torn. The different types of tools I would like you to incorporate are a hammer, wrench, screwdriver, pliers, different types of wrenches, and a nail or maybe a screw. I would like the American flag to be gray or black. I also want the tools to be the same color of the American flag which would be gray or black. Whichever you guys choose. I do not want an image of a person holding a tool. I am not opposed to it but I have not ever seen it designed properly so I am unsure of what I will think about it. I am not opposed to a single hand or maybe a fist holding a tool as already described.
