Graphic Design Brief

I need graphics designed for our summer young adult retreat for those 18 years old - 30 years old. This event will take place in the black hills of South Dakota. Primary graphic design is for a 11x17 poster but will also need the images resized for needs.

11x17 main poster design should include the following:
-Main Title: SD NextGen logo & text (or logo only) presents . . . South Dakota Young Adult Retreat
-Dates: June 23-25th, 2023
-Register at SDNextGen.com
-Black Hills Retreat Center, Deadwood, SD
-Speaker: Rob Shader (photo attached)
-Include SD NextGen logo
-Event Graphic should be attractive to 18-30 year olds but SHOULD NOT include references to alcohol, sexuality, drugs, or profanity.
-please include a version with cut and bleed lines and a version without

-social media:
-square; can include only main titles, or main titles and speaker.
-include SD NextGen logo

-16x9 title slide that includes:
-titles, full background images, organization logo. No camp speaker or dates, no additional info.

- a postcard size (3.5in X 5in)
-include all content on it
-please include a version with cut and bleed lines and a version without

All graphics need to be print quality (300 dpi or higher)

My graphic design experience is limited. I will need help receiving the files I need in the various sizes. Thank you.
