Logo Design Brief

We have an existing Construction Management Consulting company in the United States called Latitude 63, LLC. We are standing up a company in Australia called Latitude Australia - A Construction Management Company. We'd like to tie the two companies together, somehow. Latitude 63 is specifically an Alaskan Company, which can be seen in our name, logo, and colors matching the official flag colors of Alaska. We want a round logo, like the current version, but reflective of operating in Australia.
