Logo Design Brief

We are starting a new bar in Melbourne, it is called Brewer & The Bottleman. We will be a beer, wine and cocktail serving bar. There will also be an element to take away beers, wine and spirts (high quality).
The company is owned by 5 guys, we are all young and energetic. We have never opened a bar before, so cannot give you too much direction on what we would like. The bar is not in a high end area, it's in a rustic area about 30mins outside of Melbourne CBD.
Please use your own creative freedom and flair. We are ok with logos with an image attached to it or an image under the writing or just the writing Brewer & The Bottleman. Your choice, please have fun with it.
