Logo Design Brief

I am looking for a logo for our internal Project Management Office here at Beckman Coulter Life Sciences. The Project Management Office, or PMO, has three pillars: Governance, Education, and Culture. Everything that we do falls into one of these three pillars. Below please find the Mission and Vision of our PMO to give you an idea of what we do and how we do it. I would like the logo to incorporate the three pillars visually somehow, and to reflect the spirit of project management and what we do. Note that Beckman Coulter Life Sciences is a Biotech company that develops and manufactures laboratory automated instruments and reagents.

Vision Statement:
Enabling excellence in the management of BEC LS R&D Projects

Mission statement:
The mission of the BEC LS R&D PMO is to maintain a consistent approach to managing projects, to ensure on-time delivery to commitments, and to develop project managers using DBS.

We will do this by ensuring adherence to standard work and best practices for project management across all development sites. We will provide guidance on what innovation tools can and should be utilized to drive DBS culture. We will help train and coach team leaders, project managers, and project teams to drive continuous improvement using our Project Management Standard Work and DBS Tools.
