Logo Design Brief

I am starting a direct to consumer farm. Selling beef, eggs, chickens and pigs. I am looking for a logo to be used for marketing along with a design that can be used on packaging.
Our property has 2 creeks running through it so I would like to integrate that it to the design. The mill that was on our property is a multi store grain mill that was used in the 1850s to supply grain to the families in the area.
