Logo Design Brief

A logo for a property investment company called Black Willow. The company has two elements being Black Willow Investments and Black Willow Property so the primary Black Willow logo should be able to incorporate an additional line for "Property" and/or "Investment"
The logo should be dark and moody. The company operates and invests in high end residential property. Think New York warehouse loft, red brick, aged timber, red wine and dark spaces illuminated by the soft warm light of an old lamp. I would think the logo would incorporate a tree.
The logo should be simple and fairly minimalist but classy and of course professional
