Logo Design Brief

We sell houses in Naples, Florida, a very affluent beach town. Ideally our logo should send the message "We run with the big dogs." The logo will be used on business cards, letterhead, and yard signs.

Technical notes: we chose the name we did because all of the "good" real estate names were long gone. "Zip" is short and easy to remember (e.g., Zip Recruiter). "Realty" describes what we do. "LLC" is something we have to stick in the name somewhere.
