Logo Design Brief

I need a logo designed for a new custom home building company called Whiterock Homes. The company will construct high-end, energy efficient, custom homes with a high level of craftsmanship. The logo/branding should convey trust, quality, and the permanence of a well-built home. I want the company colors to be mainly white and black, but also can incorporate some navy blue as well. I've attached a Word doc with my favorite brands that i want to model after. Also, an img. file of a sketch I drew.
