T-shirt Design Brief

I’m looking to get an original design for my character Yumi. I just started a new brand and I’d like to have another artists take on her. The brand is about wearing what you love with no fear of judgment, also to bring to light the issues that men deal with such as mental health. Embrace the anime/waifu culture but do it in a cool unique way.
For this illustration Id like the theme to be neon lights, red light district kind of feel. The main brands colors are in Yumi’s clothing in the concept art I’m attaching.
I’m open to anything really. My following loves the character so if you wanted to go full steam/cyber punk, make her an android, maybe on the back of a cool street bike, a fighting game character, a sexy Starbucks barista.
Street wear is definitely the vibe I’m going for. Neon lights. Just a cool sick graphic design with my original character. It’s going to be on black garments. I’m attaching the logo, the character reference board, and a couple previous design so you can see the kind of vibe im going for with the character. Thank you for your time and consideration
