Eliminating design saying it's low quality. Then you should have given a more specific brief to your choices, liking and disliking. Don't just assume "I will give a whatever brief and designers will give me high end master class designs that will exactly match my need and etc etc". Next time, give more brief and details for work to be done and after than give proper explanation on elimination of any designs.
