Logo Design Brief

I need a nice logo for my spice business our theme color is red, we would like to incorporate a bear into our logo like the bear on the california flag. We will need this logo to be also in black and white with all the files needed to use it on all of our marketing. Thanks to everyone who gives this a try we are excited to see everyones hard work!
