I am preferring submissions thus far which have (The True) unified in one line, and (Taste of Texas) unified in one line.

(The True) on top, and the rest below. I prefer symmetrical from side to side.

"The True" >> same size, same line
"Taste of Texas" >> same size, same line right beneath

I also like the designs that have the shape of the state
