CD Cover Design Brief

I'm looking for a design for my first jazz album called Mr. Cardinal. I would like something in an animation style. I've attached a concept mood-board of colors and the vibe I like for the cover. I've also attached the title song of the album so you can hear what the general sound of the album will be. Overall the emotions of the songs are melancholy, but with warmth and hope that things will get better.
