Logo Design Brief

This is a business credit counseling & business funding business.

I need a logo that will translate well on my business cards, social media (Instagram,, Youtube, Facebook & LinkedIn), website, print media - Letterhead, invoices, PowerPoint presentations, etc. banners, other marketing materials, etc. I want it to be attention grabbing, not boring but not over-done.

1. I want the logo to visually relay the concept of ELEVATION via stair steps up or something similar & creative
2. I want the "E" in Elevate to be an element that can be separated out to be separated out in some materials to be the branding symbol or logo mark for this business and possibly translate over to other businesses that will use the word "Elevate" and I can change the colors or characteristics of the "E" to indicate a different business. Can make a great mark for Instagram, email id pic, etc.

3. I want to incorporate 4 total colors in this business' branding. Main colors a Pea Green and a magenta type red. Supporting colors to be a blue and a golden yellow. I looked up the colors on the Hex website and here are the colors in order of importance:
Main Colors exactly or very much like:

Supporting Brand Colors exactly or very much like:
