Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a high-end restaurant. Needs to have Tosca the name of the restaurant and logo of a rooster, similar to the uploaded pictures.
Restaurant is high end, with an intimate setting.
we currently have a sign on the building so will need font very similar. The picture of the rooster is rough around the edges kind of giving it a vintage look, which the customer likes, but is hard to weed so if we could have more closed edges.
