Logo Design Brief

I need a logo designed specifically for our Alumni. This logo will be used on swag and as a representation of this group.

We are a trauma and PTSD recovery center. We specialize in serving First Responders and Veterans.

These are some of the elements I would like it to have.
Antlers - I like the concept of the real antlers framing the main image (Just my thought)
Crest or shield (not a requirement, just a thought)
D.H. Alumni (We could have "Deer Hollow Alumni", it just depends on the overall design, but I kinda like the discreteness of the abbreviation)
Est. 2015 (Not necessary. . this is based on your discretion and design)
The symbology of victory, growth, a new path, light or new beginnings.
Something that represents hearts opening/entwining /learning to love yourself and others
