Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for an academic society "Theoretical Organization Model Society", shorthand for TOM Society. We apply mathematical and computational models to study organizational phenomena such as decision-making, competition, and innovation processes. We would like "TOM" and that we are modelers to be salient in the logo. We run bi-annual PhD summer schools and this logo will be useful for showing the identity of us.
