I just reached out to the client, and they said they had not finished the review. Very frustrating. I apologize for this.

If I may suggest smth that will make the project more efficient:

You are actually the curator in tis project: hand pick the proposals that YOU find best (a selection of the top 20, 30 max.) and present them to the client. If you bombard the client with 600+ designs, he/she will become even more confused and undecided.
This will help us on both ends to work towards developing the best logo.
