This company will engage to walk the journey with small business owner (Broker or financial advisor) to advise and manage compliance around their exit /retirement strategy for their small business.
Consultants within the business are Actuaries, and will use their experience to value the business and then determine exit plans based on Sudden / emergency occurrences or a planned exit of the primary owner be it through buy out or acquisition.
The customer is an aged professional (60-65) coming up to retirement, strong values and has a solid legacy that they want to leave behind
