Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company in Chicago, IL, USA called "Serviam." It is a private security company founded by a Navy SEAL. We supply armed and unarmed guards, VIP protection, bodyguard services, canine services, etc. The logo should be black and white, or maybe silver. Would like to see three parts to the logo:
1) a creative "S" inside of a shield/badge, (NO Superman "S" designs)
2) the name SERVIAM above or on side of the shield, and
3) "Sine Metu" written in a small, subtle font below the shield.
The final design should communicate the Alpha Male/Special Forces characteristics of strength, security, protection, freedom, trust, and no fear. Thank you!
