Logo Design Brief

SmartMLS is a real estate data/technology company. We are in the process of revamping our software tools and/or rebranding certain certain software tools. SmartMLS.com is our website for more detailed information.

We are looking to have a suite of four logos with a common theme. The products that we will need these for are:

-Smart Tax (this is a public records/tax records program)
-Smart Offers (this is a program that will allow real estate agents to digitally send offers to and from clients)
-Smart Signings (this is a digital signature/forms platform)
-Smart Stats (this is a stats program that provides realestate statistics)

I have included logo's and color swatches that we currently use for SmartMLS itself. Color swatches don't have to be used, however we traditionally do use these colors across product lines. We would consider the idea around of using different colors for each application so we are flexible.

We want each product to have an identifiable logo (text free) that can also be used as an icon, as well as corresponding text that can be used next to the logo or as a banner for the application.

Logo's and text should have a light/dark mode option. Each with a clear background PNG option as well. I'd like PNG, JPG, as well as the original source file, being SVG or PSD. Size should be large enough that I can use it for various uses such as icons, marketing material, web, etc.
