Tattoo Design Brief

I’m after a tattoo with my two dogs. I had one designed before but not quite what I’m after. I like the black small dog but would like it more like a cartoon drawing not so realistic. It’s also bit dark for my liking. I would love it to be on the beach with an option of add ons in the future like palm trees and sea creatures below.
I would have it on my forearm I think
