Mission for Echelon Rising: Focusing on organizational leadership development. Support individual, team and leadership development, self awareness, trust/accountability and growth of teams. Consulting designed to empower the human spirit and positively affect the lives and well-being of people at work. BE BRAVE and explore your PASSION -BE WISE and define your PURPOSE. The Echelon Rising name is inspired by Pelicans flying over beach/ocean in V formation in Nosara, Costa Rica, a Blue Zone. Echelon is a formation of units or individuals aligned offset/ resembling such as Pelicans or geese flying in echelon. The actual echelon is where the birds position themselves at slight angles alongside each other, to ensure they get the best protection from a crosswind and preserve energy for later. Prefer to see birds in V Formation in the Design with Dominant Colors- Periwinkle, green, (additional colors of the chakras and black). Design should be inspirational, a sense of Rising on a journey, team work, harmony, efficiency, sacredness, trust, strength.
