T-shirt Design Brief

I am looking to design a t-shirt (maybe front and back, although I might use just the front) for our gym's competition. We are small and fun gym.

The name of the Competition is the Coordinate Games and I would like to include the Year and some visuals related to CrossFit (Barbell, running, etc.). Looking for something in a single color (white) on a transparent background that I can put on a t-shirt. Looking for a fun and exciting design. I would like it to say "Where Community & Fitness Intersect" I would also like our logo to appear on the design. The design should community fun and fitness.
