T-shirt Design Brief

We are a retail water sports shop, and want a design for T shirt or hat. Need a digital version of our compass idea from the sketch we downloaded. Simple is best. We like the paddle and arrow, as we are on a river in the Sierra foothills, and support the water sports around it.

We have used the font "big mom" in our other logos, but not necessary here.
