T-shirt Design Brief

I would like to update our apparel designs for t-shirts, hoodies etc.
The Black and Red logo is to remain the same, and the rear logo ("throwy guy") needs an update. I would like an image appropriate for youth and adult students.
We are a traditional jujitsu school Danzan Ryu, with Japanese and Hawaiian roots.
We are more 70% Myiagi Do / 30% Cobra Kai.
